The receptionist will be responsible for coordinating the flow of patients in the office, scheduling appointments and handling insurance-related matters.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a warm personality, the ability to multi-task effectively and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors in a friendly manner.
Answer phones and forward calls as appropriate.
Provide information to patients and visitors.
See patients who have an appointment with a physician.
Verify insurance information and copays.
Keep patient records organized and up-to-date.
